摘要
用直接打磨和超声波震荡法将晶种引入多孔 α-Al2 O3载体管表面 ,利用水热晶化法 ,在 1 70℃下成功地合成了粒径为 0 .6~ 2 .0 μm的 ZSM-5沸石膜。SEM表征表明 ,载体表面膜层生长致密 ,晶粒取向均一。室温下对超声波震荡法制备的膜进行纯气体渗透测试 ,H2 、N2 的渗透率 (气体在单位膜面积、单位时间、单位压差下通过的摩尔量 ,F)分别为 3.5× 1 0 - 7和 9.5× 1 0 - 8mol/ (m2 · s· Pa)。H2 / N2 、H2 / n-C4 H10 、n-C4 H10 / i-C4 H10 的理想分离因数 (单组分渗透率的比值 )分别为 3.6 8、 1 6 .3、 2 5。
ZSM 5 membranes were prepared successfully by using in situ hydrothermal synthesis on porous α Al 2O 3 support tubes coated with ZSM 5 seeds.Seed particles,the average size of 0 6~2 μm,were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis at 170 ℃.Surface seeding was conducted either by directly polishing in lay the seed on the support tube then by immersing the support tube into the seed suspensoid or under ultrasonic vibration.SEM analysis indicated a dense and oriented membrane growing on the support surface.Pure gas permeation through the membrane prepared under ultrasonic vibration was measured at room temperature.Permeances of N 2 and H 2 are 3 5×10 -7 and 9 5×10 -8 mol/(m 2·s·Pa),and the ideal selectivity of H 2/N 2,H 2/ n C 4H 10 , n C 4H 10 / i C 4H 10 3 68,16 3,25,respectively.
