摘要
在无过渡层的、孔径为 3~ 5μm的α -Al2 O3 陶瓷管上 ,引入溶胶 ,两次涂膜合成出了无缺陷的沸石膜 . XRD、SEM及气体渗透性表征表明 ,该膜确为 ZSM-5沸石膜 ,且膜在模板剂的去除过程中 ,并未产生明显的缺陷 .在室温下 ,该膜对 H2 、N2 的渗透速率分别为 8.4 0× 10 - 7和 2 .4 5×10 - 7mol· s- 1· m- 2 · Pa- 1,H2 /n -C4H10 、 n -C4H10 /i -C4H10 的选择因素分别达到 30 2和15.
Zeolite ZSM\|5 membranes without defects were prepared on porous α \|Al 2O 3 tubes without transition layers by two subsequent sol\|introduction hydrothermal treatments. Pore size of the support is 3~5 μm.These membranes were really ZSM\|5 membrane characterized by XRD, SEM and gas permeation measurement, and defects didn′t occur during the removal of template. Permeance for H 2 and N 2 is 8.40×10 -7 mol·s -1 ·m -2 ·Pa -1 and 2.45×10 -7 mol·s -1 ·m -2 ·Pa -1 separately, separation factor for H 2/ n \|C 4H 10 , n \|C 4H 10 / i \|C 4H 10 is 302, 15 under room temperature respectively.
