ZSM-5沸石晶粒尺寸对合成膜性能的影响 被引量:1

STUDIES ON EFFECTS OF CRYSTAL SIZES ON THE SYNTHESIS OF ZEOLITE ZSM-5 MEMBRANES

摘要 利用水热法 ,于 1 70℃下在多孔α-Al2 O3载体管上一次水热晶化合成了晶粒大小分别为 7~ 8μm和 2~3μm的 ZSM-5沸石膜 ,并分别利用 XRD、SEM和单组分气体渗透作了表征。结果表明 ,该膜确为完整致密无缺陷的沸石膜。由 2~ 3μm晶粒形成的膜比 7~ 8μm晶粒形成的膜薄 ,且气体渗透率高 ,但理想选择因数低 ,说明相对小的晶粒并不能形成高质量的膜。在成膜过程中 。 Zeolite ZSM 5 membranes were prepared on α Al 2O 3 tube supports by hydrothermal synthesis at 170 ℃.A high permeance of H 2 up to 11 3×10 -6 mol/m 2·s·Pa of synthesized membrane was achieved by synthesis on a pre wetted tube support.Effects of different particle sizes on permeance of membranes were studied.Sizes of particles forming the membranes were 7~8 μm and 2~3 μm respectively.XRD、SEM and single gas permeance measurements were conducted.The results showed that the membrane was dense and integral.The permeance of the membrane formed by 2~3 μm particles is lower although it is thinner than the membrane formed by 7~8 μm particles.This fact showed that qualified membrane could not be formed by relatively smaller crystals.This implied that a matching effect existed between the supports and the crystals.
