摘要
本文以上海W学院为案例,调查高校学生向学与厌学状况。研究发现:大学生整体学习动力较强,学习动力主要来源是就业。但是,他们对学习内容的价值认识较为模糊,国家和社会使命感对学生学习动力的激发作用不明显,学校氛围和同学影响的作用也不显著,部分学生学习动力不强甚至有厌学情绪。在调查基础上,从激发大学生学习动力的角度,提出构建支持性教学环境的建议。
Taking W Institute in Shanghai as a example, the article makes a survey of college stu- dents' learning condition. The results show that overall college students have comparatively strong moti-vation for learning, and the main motivation for learning is employment. However, students' cognition about the value of learning content is comparatively vague, and the inspiration of national and social mission motivating the students to learn is not obvious. In addition, the role of school learning atmo-sphere and peer influence is not significant, and some students' learning motivation is weak and they are even weary of learning. Based on the survey, the article proposes to build a supportive teaching environ-ment for inspiring college students 'learning motivation.
