摘要
目的:探讨大学生学习性投入的基本情况及其与在校满意度、向学/厌学之间的关系。方法:采用"中国大学生学习与发展追踪研究"(China College Student Survey,CCSS)的调查工具,即汉化后的大学生学习性投入调查问卷(NSSE-China),对某新建本科院校1446名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)不同性别和年级的学生在学习性投入上存在显著性差异;(2)学习性投入各个维度与在校满意度、向学/厌学均呈现显著正相关(P<0.01)。其中校园环境支持度与在校满意度、向学/厌学关系最为密切(r=0.48,0.53;P<0.01);(3)学习性投入各个维度对在校满意度、向学/厌学均有显著的正向预测作用,其中校园环境支持度是预测在校满意度和向学/厌学最有力的因子(R2=0.23,0.28)。结论:学校可以通过提高校园环境支持度来有效提高学生的在校满意度和向学倾向。
Objective:To explore the basic situation of college students' learning engagement and its relationship with satisfaction in school and learning condition.Methods:NSSE-China was used to measure 1446 college students in Changsha University.Results:(1) There were significant gender difference and grade difference in learning engagement;(2) Learning engagement and satisfaction in school,learning condition had significantly positive correlation(P〈0.01).And the support of campus environment had the closest relationship with them(r=0.48,0.53;P〈0.01);(3)Learning engagement could significantly positively predict school satisfaction and learning condition.And the support of campus environment was the most powerful predictor(R2=0.23,0.28).Conclusion:Colleges can improve students' school satisfaction and willingness of study effectively by improving the support of campus environment.
