护生专业承诺与心理控制源的相关性 被引量:6

Related research between professional commitment and locus of control of nursing students

摘要 目的:探讨护理专业实习生专业承诺的现况及心理控制源与专业承诺的相关性,为提升护生对护理专业的热情奠定理论基础。方法:整群抽取西安市4所医院591名护生,采用一般资料问卷、大学生专业承诺量表、多维度心理控制源量表进行问卷调查,多元线性回归分析专业承诺与心理控制源的相关性。结果:护生专业承诺总分为(96.50±16.42),多维度心理控制源总得分(99.32±13.05),单因素分析显示,喜欢护理专业程度(F=40.256;P<0.05)、实习中自我感觉有无学习上的困难(F=4.814;P<0.05)及对现有临床教学形式的满意度(F=12.804;P<0.05)是护生专业承诺的影响因素,继续承诺的影响因素为是否独生子女(t=1.985;P<0.05)、生源所在地(F=2.975;P<0.05),规范承诺的影响因素是家庭经济状况(F=3.470;P<0.05);是否独生子女(t=2.732;P<0.05)、生源所在地(F=6.033;P<0.05)、对现有临床教学形式的满意度(F=3.294;P<0.05)是护生心理控制源总得分的影响因素,能力维度的影响因素是喜欢护理专业的程度(F=6.124;P<0.05)、实习中自我感觉有无学习上的困难(F=3.159;P<0.05),努力维度的影响因素是家庭经济状况(F=4.119;P<0.05)、实习中自我感觉有无学习上的困难(F=2.974;P<0.05);多元线性回归分析发现,年龄、喜欢护理专业的程度、能力维度得分、努力维度得分进入回归方程(P<0.05)。结论:护生的专业承诺和心理控制源总得分呈中等偏上水平,心理控制源是专业承诺的主要影响因素。 Objective:To explore the correlation between professional commitment and locus of control of nursing students,and lay a theoretical foundation for improving the enthusiasm of nursing students for nursing specialty.Methods:Five hundred and ninety one nursing students were investigated by using general information questionnaire,College Students’ Professional Commitment Scale(PCS),Multidimensional Psychological Control Source Scale(MPCSS).Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the relationship between professional commitment and locus of control.Results:The total score of professional commitment of nursing students was(96.50±16.42),and the total score of locus of control of nursing students was 99.32±13.05.Univariate analysis showed that liking nursing major(F=40.256;P<0.05),self feeling in practice(F=4.814;P<0.05)and satisfaction with the existing clinical teaching form(F=12.804;P<0.05)were the influencing factors of nursing students’ professional commitment.The influencing factors of continuing commitment were whether only child(t=1.985;P<0.05),the place where students came from(F=2.975;P<0.05).The influencing factors of normative commitment were family economic status(F=3.470;P<0.05)Whether the only child(t=2.732;P<0.05),the place where the students come from(F=6.033;P<0.05),and the satisfaction with the existing clinical teaching form(F=3.294;P<0.05)were the influencing factors of the total score of locus of control.The influencing factors of ability dimension were the degree of liking nursing specialty(F=6.124;P<0.05),whether the self feeling in practice is difficult to learn(F=3.159;P<0.05),and The influencing factors of make efforts were family economic status(F=4.119;P<0.05),Whether there were difficulties in learning(F=2.974;P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,degree of liking nursing specialty,ability dimension score and effort dimension score entered the regression equation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The professional commitment and total score of locus of control status of nursing students are above average,and locus of control is the main influencing factor of professional commitment.
