摘要
紫外吸收光谱法研究了明胶与鞣性金属离子的络合作用。结果表明 :明胶 2 82nm左右的吸收峰由于金属离子的加入 ,发生了显著的变化。Cr3 +离子与侧链羧基的配位作用强 ,络合物稳定性高 。
UV spectra of gelatin solution indicated that the band 282?nm was shifted to a lower wave length when the metal ions were added due to the coordination, so it changed the conformation of the polymeric chain of gelatin. High concentration of Cr 3+ made the absorption band suddenly change because of the high stablity of the complex.
