摘要
研究了丙烯酸铈(Ⅲ)配合物的合成及其与明胶的配位反应。以(NH4)2S2O8-NaHSO3作引发剂,用丙烯酸乙酯(EA)对明胶进行聚合鞣制改性。考察了温度、时间、引发剂和单体浓度及铈离子含量等因素对聚合鞣制过程的影响,并讨论了反应机理。
The solid complex, Ce(CH 2=CHCOO) 3·H 2O , was prepared by the reaction of cerous chloride with acrylic acid. The complex was coordinated with gelatin and the monomer, ethyl acrylate(EA), was polymerized with cerous triacrylate gelatin complex in the (NH 4) 2S 2O 8 NaHSO 3 redox system. For better bound polymer percent(B), bound polymer efficiency(ε b) and content of homopolymer(H), various factors, such as concentration of EA and initiator,temperature, time and content of cerous were investigated. The polymeric tanning mechanism was suggested and discussed as well.
