INVESTIGATIONS OF THE MECHANISM OF THE REACTIONS OF ACRYLIC RESIN TANNAGE WITH CHROME LEATHER

摘要 前言 ART丙烯酸树脂鞣剂,是我们新近研制成功的丙烯酸类单体经水溶液共聚合的产物,经过制革厂应用发现,用它复鞣的铬鞣革柔软、丰满、部位差小、增厚显著,是制造高档革的新型鞣剂。尽管美国的Prentiss博士对丙烯酸树脂鞣剂的各种物理。 Acrylic Resin Tanning(ART) has been carried out successfully at our Laboratory. The results obtained by using IR, DSC, X--ray diffraction,electron microscopy and dynamic viscoelastic spectroscopy to examine reta-nned and non--retanned specimens showed that ART coordinated with the chromium of chrome leather by its own carboxyl groups, that ART made peak 2 of DSC's curves disappear and that leather fibres retanned by ART,due to the filling effect of ART on the fibres, produced leather which felt soft and round.
