摘要
研究了铬鞣猪皮中丙烯酸及其酯类单体的聚合改性过程,考察了丙烯酸的中和度、加料方式和多组分组成等对反应和改性猪皮性能的影响。
Three single monomer systems that are acrylic acid ( AA) , ethyl acrylate (EA ), and methyl acrylate (MA ), and two double monomer mixtures that are EA+AA,and MA + AA, are investigated by redox emulsion polymerization into the fibrous matrix of chrome-tanned pigskin over a wide range of composition. It plays an important role in the modification that AA is neutralized by the base. The neutral degree of AA(α)has an effect on the polymerization activity, the penetration of monomer, monomer radical and propagation radical, and the binding.
