摘要
分析了红土镍矿烧结除尘灰的特性,介绍了除尘灰气力输送系统的设计和技术特点。根据该系统投运一年多来的情况,对其运行效果进行了评价和经济分析,综合认为烧结除尘灰采用气力输送是可行的、经济的和环保的。此外,还指出了该系统有待完善之处及下一步改进的方向。
In this paper the characteristics of the sintering dust of laterite nickel ore are analyzed, and the design and technical characteristics of the pneumatic dust conveying system are introduced. According to the practice of the pneumatic conveying system put into operation more than a year, evaluation and economic analysis were given for its operation effect, and it is comprehensively thought that adopting the pneumatic conveying system for the sintering dust is feasible, economic and environmental friendly. In addition to this, the deficiencies and direction for further improvement are pointed out.
