摘要
介绍了长钢烧结厂不同时期烧结除尘灰循环使用的特点及状况。通过不断探索和改进,该厂最终找到了适合本企业特点的使用方法,彻底消除了长期以来除尘灰配加不均匀对混合料水分及烧结操作稳定的影响,取得了增产、减排、降耗的良好效果。
The characteristics and condition of sintering dust recycling at different stages in sintering plant of Changzhi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd were introduced. Through continuous exploration and improvement, the application method which fits the characteristics of the enterprise was worked out finally in the plant, and it eliminates the influence of uneven addition of collected dust on mixture moisture and sintering operation stability,and good effects of output increase, emission reduction and energy consumption decrease were obtained.
