摘要
介绍了烧结除尘灰的来源、成分、分类,以及目前对烧结除尘灰(尤其是机头除尘灰)的资源化利用方式。综合分析认为:未来烧结除尘灰的资源化利用应以分类处理为主,对于有害元素含量较高的机头除尘灰(尤其是末端电场除尘灰)应分离提取其中的K、Pb等元素,制备高附加值产品;而机尾和环境除尘灰宜返回烧结利用其中的铁。
The source,composilion, classification and present resources utilization ways of sintering dust (especially the sinter machine feed end dust) are introduced. Based on the comprehensive analysis, it is thought that, the future resources utilization of sintering dust should mainly be based on the classification processing. For the removed dust ( especially the removed dust in end electric fieht) at sinter machine charge end which has high content of harmthl elements,the best treatment way should be separating K, Pb and other elements from dust to produce high value-added products, whereas the removed dust at sinter machine discharge end and from environmental dedusting shall be relurned to sintering,and the iron in it shall be utilized.
