摘要
三钢烧结厂 13 0m2 烧结机电除尘输灰首次采用了气力输送系统。该系统由气源、输送、管路、灰库及控制五部分组成 ,本文介绍了系统的工作原理及运行调试情况。系统投产后 ,运行平稳 。
The pneumatic conveying system for precipitation dust was adopted first in sintering plant ,SANMING I&S Co.. The system consist of five parts including air source, transportation, pipeline, dust storage and control system etc.. The pneumatic conveying system's performance principle and adjusting station were presented. After the system commissioning, the operation is smooth and the operating parameters have achieved the design requirement.
