摘要
对地 艹念 ( Melastoma dodecandrum Lour)果实的营养成分分析表明 :果实含水量为 87.1 8% ;总糖含量为 3 .2 8% ,其中绝大多数为还原糖 ;每 1 0 0 g维生素 C为 2 .4 mg;粗蛋白为 6.1 3 % ;氨基酸总量为9.97mg/g· FW,其中至少含 7种人体必需氨基酸 ,必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的 2 4 .58% .矿质元素含量丰富 ,特别是 Ca、 Fe、Zn含量较高 .种子油以不饱和脂肪酸为主 ,亚油酸含量高达 83 .62 % .因此 ,地 艹念 的果实具有一定的开发价值 .
The analysis of nutrient constituent shows there are 6.1 3 % protein,3 .2 8% total sugar,9.97mg/ g· FW amino acids in fruits of Melastoma dodecandrum L our. Inorganic elements are abundant in the fruit. especially in Ca. Most of the fatty acids in seed oil analyzed by GC,are unsaturated fatty acids,the contentof which is up to 89.94% .
