摘要
利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对野牡丹(Melastoma candidum)、展毛野牡丹(M.normale)、细叶野牡丹(M.intermedium)、多花野牡丹(M.affine)和地稔(M.dodecandrum)花粉的纵横径进行测量,并比较其花粉形态特征,旨在为野牡丹属雄蕊的演化规律提供孢粉学证据。结果表明:5种野牡丹属(Melastoma)植物花粉的极面观、孔沟延伸程度和花粉外壁纹饰差异显著。根据花粉形态的演变规律推断,野牡丹为最原始的进化类型,细叶野牡丹、地稔、多花野牡丹和展毛野牡丹较为进化,异型雄蕊中紫色雄蕊花粉相对原始。
Pollen morphology and size of Melastoma candidum , M. normale, M. intermediurn M. a f fine and M. dodecandrum. Morphologic traits were observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results showed that there were significant differ- ences in the polar view, extendible extent of colporate, exine ornamentation between the five species. It could be inferred from the pollen morphology and the evolution rule that the evolu tionary sequence might be as such, M. candidum →M. intermedium→ M. a f fine → M. normale, and the pollen in the purple stamen were more M. dodecandrum primitive.
