摘要
为观察吡喹酮对NIH小鼠体内不同发育期细粒棘球绦虫幼虫的作用,故在感染原头节后当天、14、30、60、120及240天,给NIH小鼠以吡喹酮500mg/kg/d×14治疗,结果表明,该药对原头节的效果,以感染当天给药的最好,与感染后14天给药的相比较,P<0.01;对细粒棘球蚴的作用,以感染后30天及60天的较好,与感染后120及240天的相比较,P均<0.005,但在感染后30天与60天给药组间,则无明显的差别。
The paper reports the effects of praziquantel on different developmental stages of Echinococcus granulosus (larva).Female NIH mice, each inoculated intraperitoneally with 2000 protoscolices were treated intragastrically with praziquantel 500 mg/kg/d×14 days on d0, d14, d30, d60, d120 and d240 after inoculation. All nodules and E.granulosus cysts in peritoneal cavity were collected for histopathological examinations after ceasing of treatment.
Two hundred sections of protoscolices or germinal layers of E.granulosus cyst were examined for morphological alterations. According to the changes, the protoscolices were divided into normal, degeneration and death, while the germianal layer of E.granulosus cysts being normal, surface roughness, interstitial looseness, vacuolization, deep staining with eosine of nucleus and focal necrosis.
The results indicated that praziquantel was more effective on protoscolices of d0 group than those of d14 group with respective dead rates of 90.0% and 80.0%. The difference of the two groups was statistically significant. Nevertheless, the effect of praziquantel was more apparent on E.granulosus cysts of d30 and d60 groups than those of d120 and d240 groups.
