摘要
给已发育成细粒棘球蚴100d的C_(57)BL/6J小鼠经口灌注丙硫咪唑悬液每日200mg/kg,用药8周后解剖观察。用药组小鼠体内细粒棘球蚴的最大直径和总重量均小于对照组,用药组生发组织和角质层病理损伤程度及数量均大于对照组。另给NIH小鼠腹腔接种原头蚴后第三天同法给药4周,可明显降低小鼠对细粒棘球蚴的感染率。实验结果表明丙硫咪唑可抑制细粒棘球蚴发育生长,破坏生发层组织和角质层结构,并且具有预防原头蚴再发育成囊的作用。
100 mice (C_(57)BL/6J) were infected by inoculation of 1500 protoscoleces. 100 days after inoculation they were given albendazole in a dosage of 200 mg/kg for 8 weeks and then dissected. 30 mice(NIH)were treated by albendazole in the same dosage 3 days after inoculation for 4 weeks and dissected 60 days after treatment. The results showed:(1)the size and weight of hydatid cysts in treated group were significantly less than that of the control group; the pathological changes of germinal and laminated layers were more marked than that of control group. (2) the infected rate of treated group were much less than that of control gorup. It was concluded that albendazole was an effective drug in infected mice.
