摘要
文章从基层电大开放教育学生的特点出发,明确基层电大开放教育班主任工作的主要任务,分析了基层电大开放教育班主任工作的存在问题,提出了提高班主任工作水平的主要做法。
Based on the characteristics of students who receive open education in Radio and TeleviSion Universities at basic level, by determining the main tasks of headteachers＇ work of open education and analyzing the existing problems in the work, this article puts forward some major methods to improve the work level of headteachers.
