摘要
针对火力发电厂烟气脱硫增压风机裕量过大,运行效率偏低,造成电能严重浪费的现象,以华电卓资热电厂4×200 MW机组1号FGD增压风机为例,提出了保留原电动机的转速作为高速档,再增加一个低速档,即改造为双速电动机的降速消裕改造方案,并对改造后风机的经济效益进行了分析,改造后风机全压效率由37.8%提高到83%,节能效果显著。
Aiming at the thermal power plant flue gas desulfurization (FGD) booster fan with too big safety allowance and low running efficiency, which result in serious electric energy waste, the retrofit scheme of reducing speed and allowance is put forward by taking FGD booster fan of Huadian Zhuozi Power Plant with 4 × 200 MW units for example. The scheme retains the original motor speed as high speed, by adding a low speed, namely double speed motor to meet the load demand. The efficiency of retrofitted booster fan has been improved from 37.8% to 83%. The effect of energy saving is obvious.
