摘要
某公司600 MW机组轴流式脱硫增压风机进行变频改造后,发现节电作用很小,在可预期的时间内成本难以回收。基于风机运行特性试验,确定了问题的原因并提出优化方案,实施后取得良好的节电效果。该问题解决对于风机变频改造具有典型意义。
The retrofit of variable frequency on an axial flue gas desulphurization(FGD) booster fan in a 600 MW unit has little energy-saving effect and the investment recovery period would be very long.Based on the operation characteristics test of fan,the reason of the problem was analyzed and the optimization scheme was proposed.The application result shows that the scheme has good effect,which can provide a reference for variable frequency retrofit of fan.
