摘要
随着分散控制系统(DCS)在火电厂的大规模应用,热控自动化系统已由原来的配角转变为决定机组安全经济运行的主导因素,其安全问题也变得越来越突出。根据安徽电网火电厂近几年来DCS异常故障情况的统计,对照国家和电力行业规程、标准,对软硬件、事件顺序记录(SOE)、通信网络、供电电源、工程设计组态等方面发生的影响机组安全运行的故障现象和可能存在的隐患进行分析,并就进一步提高火电厂DCS安全可靠性问题,提出优化DCS设计和配置、完善应用技术和强化运行维护管理等建议。
With large-scale application of DCS in thermal power plants, thermodynamic automatic system has played a dominant role in safe and economic operation of generating units, meanwhile the safety problems DCS become increasingly prominent. Based on the statistics of DCS faults in the local thermal power plants during the last few years, following the corresponding national ,-egulations and standards of power industry, the faults and safety implications of DCS were analyzed in this paper. It covers the fields of hardware, software, SOE, communication network, power supply and design configuration etc, in addition, this paper proposed the applicable solutions to improve the safety and reliability of DCS by means of design and configuratiun optimization, application technology upgrading, operation and management enhancing, etc.
