摘要
直接空冷机组较湿冷机组具有显著的节水优势,但同时也存在着运行中背压高、电耗高、夏季高温时段带不满负荷等问题。通过对某电厂直接空冷系统进行节能诊断分析,加强检漏工作,制定并实施了对系统加装全自动水冲洗和尖峰冷却装置的改造方案,改造后空冷系统背压、电耗显著降低,年节约生产成本约463万元,保证了机组的安全经济运行,为同类型空冷机组的节能降耗技术改造提供了参考。
Compared with wet air-cooling unit, direct air-cooling unit has obvious advantages of water saving, but there are some problems, such as high load pressure, high power consumption, high temperature in summer time zone. In this paper, through the energy saving diagnosis & analysis of direct air cooling system, a full automatic water flushing and peak cooling device is installed. After retrofitting, back pressure and power consumption are reduced significantly with the production costs saving about 4.63 million Yuan. The safe and economic operation of the unit is ensured. The paper can provide references for energy saving technology of other similar air cooling unit.
