高固含量聚氨酯/有机硅复合分散体的微观形态及流变行为 被引量:2

Morphology and Rheological Behavior of High-solid Content Polyurethane-Silicone Compound Dispersions

摘要 以含硅的二元醇(PES)和聚醚二醇(PPG)为软链段,TDI和复合亲水扩连剂1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠(DHPS)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为硬链段,以γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)作为封端剂,采用自乳化法制备了一系列高固含量聚氨酯/有机硅复合分散体(HSLV-Si/PU).分析了PES和PPG质量配比和KH-550含量(质量百分比)对分散体性能的影响.结果表明:所得分散体为假塑性流体,其粒径呈多元分布,乳胶粒子呈核壳结构.随着PES/PPG比值和KH-550含量的增大,乳胶粒平均粒径增大,粒度分布变宽,固含量则减小,当PES/PGG值为1/3,KH-550含量为1%,固含量高达55.2%.另外,和纯PU分散体相比,该分散体的稳定性略有下降,但仍可以满足要求. A series high-solid-content polyurethane-silicone compound dispersions were prepared by self-emulsification ,which were modified with T-aminopropyl methyldimethyoxysilane(KH-550) as a blocking agent, the self-made silicon polyether (PES) and propylene oxide glycol (PPG) as soft segments, toluene diisocyanate ( TDI ) as hard segment, 1,2-dihydroxy-3-propanesulfonic acid salt (DHPS)and Dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA)as hydrophilic chain-extending agents. Morphology and properties of dispersions were examined by particle size, TEM, viscometer, et a|. Influences of KH-550 content and weight ratio of PES and PPG on properties of polyurethane dispersions were analyzed. Results showed that the dispersions possess characteristic of multivariate distribution and core-shell structure in particle size. With increasing weight ratio of PES and PPG or content of KH-550, polyurethane dispersions possess higher average particles diameter, wider poly-dispersion increases, and lower solid content. When the weight ratio of PES and PPG was 1 : 3 and content of KH-550 was 1%, the solid content of dispersions was up to 55.2%. It was also noticed that compared to pure polyurethane, stability of the dispersions decreases lightly at high temperature and low temperature as well as storage stability but which can meet the requirements basically.
