摘要
将高固含量(>6O%)聚合物乳液的制备方法按机理分为控制乳胶粒直径分布、增大乳胶粒直径和使乳胶粒发生形变3类。综述了高固含量乳液的制备工艺和方法、基础理论及应用研究近况,并对高固含量乳液制备的发展进行了展望。
High-solid content is always an aim of polymer emulsion. This paper classified the approaches of preparing high-solid content latex to three kinds according to the mechanism, i. e. controlling the particle size distribution (PSD) , amplifying the particle size and deforming the particles. The advances in the research on preparing methods, theories and applications of high-solid polymer emulsion were reviewed. Some proposals for high-solid content polymer emulsion were given.
