摘要
将具有羟基和羧基侧基的丙烯酸树脂与含有残留异氰酸酯基的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯进行接枝反应, 经胺中和后,可用水分散形成自乳化水性体系光固化膜的DSC及DMA分析表明丙烯酸树脂与接枝聚 氨酯之间有一定相容性测试了光固化涂层的附着力、硬度、光泽度、冲击强度、耐水性等,当接枝树脂中 聚氨酯含量在 30%~50%时,光固化涂层具有较好的硬度。
Acrylated polyurethanes exhibiting isocyanato-group were grafted onto acrylic copolymer with hydroxy and carboxy pendant groups, prepared from acrylic acid, n-butyl acrylate. styrene and β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate. The obtained grafted copolymer could be easily dispersed in water in the form of self-emulsifled latexes after being neutralized with amine. The results of DSC and DMA studies for the photocured film, formed by the above self-emulsification, suggested that the acrylic resin is compatible with grafted polyurethanes to some degree. The properties of cured coatings, including adhesion, hardness, gloss, impact and water resistance, were tested. Good hardness, solvent and water resistance were obtained when the content of polyurethane acrylates in the grafted polymer ranged from 30% to 50%.
