小麦麸皮富含蛋白质、碳水化合物、维生素及矿物质等,而其中主要的活性物质有两大类,即酚类化合物和多糖,因而,具有很高的营养价值。随着人们健康意识的增强,麦麸饮料作为一种新型的保健饮料,具有良好的市场发展前景。研究对麦麸饮料的研究现状和市场前景进行了综述。
Wheat bran contains rich nutrients such as carbohydrate, protein, vitamins and minerals, etc. But main bioactive component is phenolic acid and polysaccharides which has high nutritional values. With the improvement of health consciousness, wheat bran drink becomes a new type of health drink; its market has a good development prospect. This study has summarized the research progress and the market prospect oftbe wheat bran drink.
