摘要
目的探讨依那普利联合通心络治疗高血压心脏病的效果。方法选择2009年9月—2011年9月在我院治疗的高血压心脏病患者76例,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予依那普利治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合通心络治疗。两组均给予9～13个月的随访,并比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为97.7%,高于对照组的78.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组血压和NYHA分级均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为2.3%,低于对照组的9.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依那普利联合通心络治疗高血压心脏病,疗效显著,不良反应少,能有效改善患者血压和心功能。
Objective To explore the effect of enalapril combined with Tongxinluo in treatment of hypertensive heart disease.Methods September 2009 to September 2011 selected hypertensive heart disease patients in our hospital treatment of 76 cases,which were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the control group was treated with enalapril,the treatment group based on the treatment in control group and Tongxinluo treatment.The two groups were given 9~13 months of follow-up,and to compare the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.7%,significantly higher than 78.8% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.After treatment,blood pressure and NYHA classification were superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Treatment group,the incidence of adverse reaction was 2.3%,significantly lower than 9.1% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Enalapril combined with Tongxinluo in treatment of hypertensive heart disease,obvious curative effect,less adverse reaction,to patients′ blood pressure and improve heart function.
