麝香保心丸辅治对高血压性心脏病患者B型钠尿肽及C-反应蛋白的影响被引量：4

摘要目的观察麝香保心丸辅治对高血压性心脏病患者B型钠尿肽(BPN)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法将150例高血压性心脏病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各75例。2组均予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用麝香保心丸治疗。2组均随访0.5年,观察2组临床疗效、收缩压(SBP)、心率(HR)、BPN及CRP。结果治疗组总有效率为98.63%高于对照组的89.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组SBP、HR均显著下降,且治疗组SBP下降较对照组更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组BNP、CRP水平均下降,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸可明显改善高血压性心脏病患者的BNP和CRP水平。
