摘要
目的采用模糊综合评价方法比较不同地区癫痫患者的疾病家庭负担。方法采用疾病家庭负担量表(FBS)调查9个项目县中874例癫痫患者的疾病家庭负担,并应用模糊综合评价方法对其排序。结果郾城区受癫痫疾病家庭负担的影响最轻,为0.5939;其余依次为临颍县0.6785、舞阳县0.6854、孟州市0.6885、方城县0.7607、源汇区0.7621、召陵区0.8179、新野县0.8222、修武县0.8373。结论 9个项目县因癫痫导致的疾病家庭负担从小到大依次为郾城区、临颍县、舞阳县、孟州市、方城县、源汇区、召陵区、新野县和修武县。模糊综合评价方法为癫痫患者疾病家庭负担的评价提供了一个有效的手段。
Objective To compare the family burden of patients with epilepsy in different regions of Henan Province. Methods Family burden scale （FBS） was used to evaluate the family burden of 874 patients with epilepsy in 9 project counties of Henan Province. Fuzzy synthetic evaluation was used to determine the sequencing of the 9 counties in respect of level of family burden. Results Patients in Yancheng County had the lowest level of family burden caused by epilepsy （0. 5939）, and patients in Xiuwu County had the highest level （ 0. 8373 ）. Levels of family burden caused by epilepsy of patients in Linying County, Wuyang County, Mengzhou County, Fangcheng County, Yuanhui County, Shaoling County, and Xinye County were in between in this sequence. Conclusion Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is effective in assessing family burden of patients with epilepsy.
