摘要
目的:比较单用抗精神病药与抗精神病药联合心理社会康复治疗,对缓解期精神分裂症患者临床症状和疾病家庭负担的疗效。方法:137例缓解期精神分裂症患者分为综合组65例,对照组72例。综合组在药物治疗的同时给予综合干预治疗,每个月1次,共12次;对照组单用药物治疗。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和疾病家庭负担量表(FBS),在治疗前和治疗12个月进行临床症状和疾病家庭负担评定。结果:治疗12个月,综合组PANSS总分、阴性症状及一般精神病理症状评分值均低于对照组(P均<0.01);综合组FBS评分中的家庭娱乐活动、家庭关系、家庭成员躯体健康及家庭成员心理健康4个维度分值及总分均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:综合治疗对于缓解期精神分裂症患者的精神症状和疾病家庭负担有着积极的作用。
Objective： To compare the efficacy of the second-generation antipsychotics only and the second-generation antipsychotics combined with psychosocial rehabilitation treatment on psychiatric symptoms and family burden of disease of patients with schizophrenia in remission. Method：137 patients with schizophrenia in remission were divided into integrated group （n = 65 ）and control group （n = 72 ）, the integrated group was treated with psychotic drugs and psychosocial rehabilitation,for 12 month, once a month, the control group was only treated with psychotic drugs. The treatment effects were assessed using positive and negative syndrome scale （PANSS） and family burden scale （FBS） at the baseline and after 12 months treatment. Results： After 12 months treatment, the total score, negative symptoms, general pathology of PANSS in the integrated group were significantly lower than those in control group （all P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the score of family leisure, family interaction, effect on physical health of others, effect on mental health of others and overall family burden in FBS were significantly lower in the integrated group than those in the control group （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Integrated treatment has a positive effect on psyehopathological symptoms and family burden of patients with schizophrenia in remission.
