摘要
[目的]优化从安吉乌饭树叶中提取黄酮类色素槲皮素的超声波辅助提取工艺。[方法]采用超声波辅助提取法从乌饭树叶中提取黄酮类色素槲皮素,以槲皮素提取率为评价指标,以紫外分光光度法为测定手段,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验L9(34)对提取工艺进行优选。[结果]乌饭树叶中槲皮素的最佳工艺提取条件为:超声功率320 W,乙醇浓度50%,固液比1∶20 g/ml,提取时间30 min,此时槲皮素的提取率可达4.46%。[结论]超声波法提取乌饭树叶中的槲皮素,操作简单,提取率高,是一种工业化生产较理想的提取工艺。
[ Objective] The research aimed to optimize the extraction process of flavonoid quercetin pigment from Anji Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb. leaves by ultrasonic-assisted technique. [ Method] Using ultrasonic-assisted extraction from Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb. leaves to ex- tract quercetin. The orthogonal test L9 (34) based on single factor test was adopted to optimize the extraction process. The extraction process of quercetin was studied by choosing quercetin extraction yield as evaluation data, ultraviolet spectrophotometry as test means. [ Result ] The op- timum extraction conditions were ultrasonic power of 320 W, ethanol concentration of 50%, solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 20 g/ml, and extraction time of 30 min. Under the condition, the quercetin extraction yield was up to 4.46%. [ Conclusion ] The ultrasonic-assisted extraction of quer- cetin from Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb. leaves, is a basically simple and relatively ideal extraction technology for the industrial production with high efficiency.
