抑癌基因RECK转录mRNA在食管癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨食管癌及癌旁组织中RECK转录水平的差异及其与食管癌分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度及淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法RT-PCR方法检测90例食管鳞状细胞癌及其癌旁组织中RECK的基因转录情况。结果 RECK的转录在癌组织低于癌旁组织;食管癌组织分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期均与RECK转录水平呈负相关。结论 RECK可能与食管癌肿瘤的发生、发展及转移有关,RECK可以作为判断食管癌预后的一个生物分子指标。
