摘要
目的探讨CEA、CA199、CY211在食管癌诊断中的应用价值。方法对74例明确诊断的食管癌患者血清进行CEA、CA199、CY211检测。结果CEA、CA199、CY211测量值分别为13.5±16.1μg/L、32.4±75.1KU/L、4.1±4.1μg/L;阳性率分别为5.4%、18.9%、32.4%;CY211阳性率和CA199、CEA有显著差异;三项联合检查能提高检查阳性率,但和单独应用CY211检查比较无统计学差异。结论CY211是食管癌肿瘤标志物检查的较好指标。
Objective：To analyze the clinical values of CEA, CA199, CY211 in patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods：The serum level of CEA, CA199, CY211 in 74 patients with esophageal carcinoma were tested tested. Results：The serum level of CEA, CA199, CY211 were 13.5 ± 16.1 μg/L, 32.4 ± 75.1μg/L, 4.1 ± 4. 1 μg/L and the positive rates were 5.4%, 18.9%, 32.4% respectively. There was statistic significance between CY211 and CA199, CEA. It can improve positive rates that CEA, CA199, CY211 were used together but there was no statistic significance comparing with CY211 used alone. Conclusion： CY211 is good tumor marker for diagnosis of esophageal carcinoma.
