摘要
目的探讨桩蛋白(Paxillin)和CD_(44)V6在食管癌组织中的表达及其与食管癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测食管癌组织中Paxillin和CD_(44)V6的表达及两者的相关性。结果Paxillin和CD_(44) V6在食管鳞癌和腺癌中的表达高于食管正常黏膜(P<0.01);Paxillin和CD_(44)V6在食管鳞癌中表达与临床分期(P<0.01)、浸润深度(P<0.01)和淋巴结转移(P<0.05)有关;Paxillin和CD_(44)V6在食管鳞癌中表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论Paxillin和CD_(44)V6的表达在食管鳞癌的侵袭转移过程中发挥着重要的作用,可作为反映食管癌肿瘤生物学指标和抗肿瘤治疗的靶点。
[ Objective] To investigate the correlation between the expression of Paxillin and CD44V6 proteins and their clinical significance in esophageal carcinoma. [ Method] In human esophageal carcinoma samples and normal esophageal mucosa, the expressions of Paxillin and CD44V6 were examined by immunohistochmistry technique. [ Results] Higher level expression of Paxillin and CD44V6 proteins was detected in esophageal squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma specimen than in normal mucosa( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; The expression of Paxillin and CD44V6 protein was positively correlated with the depth of tumor invasion ( P 〈 0.01 ), clinical staging( P 〈 0. 01 ) and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; But in this study, Paxillin expression was not found correlated with CD44V6 expression ( P 〉 0.05 ). [ Conclusions ] The expression of Paxillin and CD44V6 play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma. Paxillin and CD44V6 may serve as predictors of progression and potential targets for therapy of esophageal carcinoma.
