摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈-水(体积比68∶32)为流动相,使用以ZORBA80A Extend-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在240nm波长下对试样中的咯菌腈和苯醚甲环唑同时进行分离和定量分析。在选定的色谱条件下,有效成分及未知物能得到有效分离,并能获得较好的检测结果。测得咯菌腈、苯醚甲环唑的线性相关系数为0.9997、0.9996;标准偏差为0.0481、0.0662;变异系数为2.26%、2.83%;回收率分别为98.45%~100.06%、98.67%~100.11%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of fludioxonil,difenoconazole 50 g/L SC by HPLC with acetonitrile and water(68:32, by vol) as mobile phase, ZORBA80A Extend-C18 column and DAD at 240 nm wavelength was described. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient for fludioxonil and difenoconazole were 0.9997 and 0.9996; the standard deviation were 0.048l and 0.0662; the variation coefficient were 2.26% and 2.83%; the recovery were 98.45-100.06% and 98.67-100.11%, respectively.
