摘要
在RHIP项目中大量运用了参与性农村评估(PRA)方法,简要地回顾了PRA的发生和发展,PRA的概念和来源,农村快速评估(RRA)与PRA的区别,PRA的应用范围。结合PRA在改善生育卫生服务项目中培训和现场应用的实践,阐明了PRA在改善生育卫生服务项目中应用的必要性、工作思路和方法及主要工作领域;描述了PRA现场应用的工具和方法及PRA原则;建议加强高质量PRA的培训和实践;在注重行为和态度转变的同时,提高PRA操作者的协助技能;努力使PRA本土化,培养大批熟练的PRA操作者;加强同国际间的交流和合作,推动PRA在中国生育健康服务和发展项目中的应用已不容迟缓。
This paper briefly reviewed the concept, source and development of PRA, the difference between PRA and Rapid Rural Assessment (RRA) and domain of PRA. Based on training workshop on PRA and the practice of PRA in the project of improving reproductive health services in rural China, this paper indicated rationale, philosophy, approach and working areas of PRA applied to reproductive health services, and illustrated tools, methods and principles of PRA used in the project. It is urgently needed that conducting high quality of PRA training and practice, upgrading facilitation skills of PRA practitioners in parallel with change of attitude and behavior, bringing up skillful PRA practitioners and adapting PRA to Chinese context, strengthening international cooperation and exchange to promote PRA application in reproductive health services in China.
