摘要
通过对嵩县的改善生育卫生服务调查发现:(1)当地政府对生育健康事业经费投入不足,基层缺乏生育卫生服务资源;(2)基层乡村医生构成不合理,学历普遍偏低,业务素质亟待提高;(3)农村妇女对现有生育卫生服务的利用率低;(4)当地农村育龄妇女保健知识缺乏,自我保护意识薄弱。基于以上主要发现,本课题组提出建议:(1)增大投入,改善基本服务设施;(2)加强基层卫生人员的培训和管理,提高服务水平;(3)进行健康教育,增强育龄妇女的自我保护意识;(4)采取积极措施,提高服务利用率;(5)合理解决基层卫生人员的要求。
In this study a quantitative survey was used to investigate the status of reproductive health services in Song County of Henan province. Our findings reveal that (1) The government inputs of reproductive health is inadequate and the reproductive health services resources are very insufficient in basic levels. (2) Utilization of reproductive health services is at an extremely low level. (3) The skills of village doctors are urgent to be enhanced. (4) Reproductive aged women are lack of essential knowledge on reproductive health, especially in period of pregnancy and delivery. This paper has also proposed some suggestions to improve reproductive health services.
