摘要
青海省互助县针对生育卫生服务,进行了一个PRA调研。主要结果表明:(1)婴儿死亡率高,主要原因是喂水呛死和肺炎。(2)农村妇女主要在家中分娩,非消毒接生率高。(3)村民患病首选村卫生室,认为方便,满意,省钱。(4)妇科病多,但妇女对妇科病了解较少,相反,男性对妇女病知识了解多于女性。(5)村民们不能接受男扎,认为男扎后男人无力,且影响了夫妻的性生活。建议加强健康教育,提倡男性参与,加强对卫生人员业务培训。
A PRA study of reproductive health service has been carried out in Huzhu county, Qinghai. The results showed that:(1)Infant mortality was high, the main causes of which were choking over water and pneumonia. (2)Home delivery dominated in rural village and no-clean delivery rate was high. (3)Patients would like to seek health care more in village health service station than in others. (4)Reproductive Tract Infects (RTIs) was universal, but women recognized it fewer. On the contrary,men recognized it more than women did. (5)People couldn't accept male ligation,because they thought male ligation could make husbands weak and destroy the sex action. In poor rural areas the priorities of reproductive health services include to develop health education,actively advocate male's participation and improve the competence of health service workers.
