从中药大黄中提取总蒽醌 (结合和游离 2类 ) ,经水解后用化学试剂或大孔树脂制备总游离蒽醌 (含大黄素、大黄酸、芦荟大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚 ) ,进一步纯化得大黄酸和大黄素。
