摘要
目的 :讨论游离端由种植体和天然牙支持的桥体的修复设计。方法 :16例磨牙缺失牙患者植入34枚两段式种植体 ,修复32个缺失后牙 ,采用天然牙—末端骨种植体上端烤瓷固定桥修复体的设计。结果 :经定期复诊随访 ,追踪临床观察2年 ,其中1例因种植体颈部螺栓折断而失败。1例因种植体松动而拔除外 ,其余取得良好效果 (87.5 % )。结论 :天然牙—末端骨内种植体混合支持上部固定修复设计是可行的 ,但是应充分考虑种植体所在的颌骨位置、咬状态、所受应力大小、功能需要等诸多因素 。
Objective:To discuss the design of free-end bridges supported by teeth and implants. Metheds:This etrospective report present findings on 16 patients with 34 implants and teeth supporting 32 lost posterior teeth underwent follow up study for 2 years. Results:the restoration success rate were 87.5%,which reflect implants existing after restoration. Conclusion:Although the attention should be paid to the load and occlusion and position and function of the implants in free-end bridge with teeth,this kind of bridge design can be used in clinical practice.
