摘要 目的借助Imageware逆向工程软件建立仿真的天然牙支持式固定桥三维实体模型,为后续模型加载的生物力学研究打下基础。方法 CT扫描一位志愿者下颌骨,通过Mimics软件分离出牙齿和颌骨,生成点云数据,导入Imageware逆向工程软件中生成三维曲面模型,在ANSYS10.0有限元软件中建立三维有限元模型。结果本实验重建了志愿者下颌部分颌骨(皮质骨和松质骨)、牙齿及其周围牙周膜的三维实体模型,并在此模型基础上根据基牙预备及烤瓷冠桥的要求,构建了下颌后牙区三单位的烤瓷固定桥三维实体模型。结论 Mimics软件结合逆向工程软件的使用,可以建立比较逼真的三维实体模型,而且操作简便,可以在烤瓷冠桥的构建中缩短建模时间。 Objective To construct three-dimentional finite element models of fixed partial denture by reverse engineering,and to provide a foundation for further study of biomechanics. Methods After computed tomography(CT) scanning the mandible of a normal volunteer,point cloud data of teeth and mandible were extracted by MIMICS10.0. A model of fixed partial denture was established by Imagewarel2.1. Three-dimensional finite element analysis models were then built by ANSYS10.0,a three-dimensional finite element analysis software. Results In this study,three- dimensional models of the partial jaw(cortical bone and cancellous bone),teeth and periodontal ligament were respectively reconstructed. On the basis of these,three-dimensional models of PFM (porcelain-fused-to-metal) fixed bridge were established successfully ,according to the requirements of tooth preparation and PFM fixed partial denture. Conclusion The three-dimensional finite element models demosntrate high geometrical similarity and intact structures by the combination of MIMICS10.0 and Imagewarel2.1. Moreover,this approach will contribute to reducing the modeling time especially the time required to construct the fixed partial denture.
