摘要
目的:观察后牙单端固定桥修复个别后牙游离缺失的临床效果。方法:对20例个别后牙游离缺失,且基牙需要冠修复的患者采用后牙单端固定桥修复,并进行平均2年多的随访。结果:除2例固定桥松动不适,其余18例临床检查和患者主观评价均满意。结论:单端烤瓷固定桥是一种美观舒适并具有良好咀嚼功能的修复方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of cantilever fixed partial denture used for restoring the lost rear teeth. Methods These cantilever bridges are 3-unit, two abutments and single cantilever pontic, and used for restoring the lost rear teeth, review for 20 cantilever bridges after having been used 2 years. Result Wearing the cantilever bridges in proper design ,two patients were unsatisfactory, 18 were satisfactory. Conclusion The cantilever bridges in proper design have good function during service.
