摘要
本文通过动物实验探索中间种植基牙固定桥的应用原则。在一只狗下颌的三个不同部位植入种植体,继后在一个部位制作固定桥,作临床评价、X线片和组织切片检查。结果发现种植体在无载荷期均获得良好的骨性结合;承载10月后,直接受力的种植体颈部出现角型吸收,固定桥的天然基牙无不良反应,中间种植基牙周围出现均匀的x线透射区,组织切片见假性牙周膜形成。提示中间种植基牙分担了两端天然基牙载荷,虽然动物实验中中间种植基牙出现过载现象,只要注意散力和减少力,仍然是可采用的特殊修复设计。
Abstract The purpose of the paper was to search theprinciple of clinical application of fixed bridgeworkwith a pier fixture abutment and two toothabutments.Three titanium implants coated withhydroxyapatite were buried into the mandible of ahybrid dog and a fixed bridge assembled thereafter.The items for evaluation included clinical probing,X ray film and histological examinations.theresults showed a good osseointegration during theunloading period. An angular bone resorption tookplace round the neck of the fixture directlysubjected to force,tooth abutments demonstratedno unfavorable response,an even translucencyround the pier fixture abutment occured in X rayfilm and pseudoperiodontium was histologicallyfound.It implies that pier fixed bridgework isfeasible because of sharing the burden for toothabutments. Much attention should be paid to forcedistributions and the decrease of occlusal force inordre to prevent fixture abutments fromoverloading.
