摘要
省属师范大学转型的主要矛盾是综合化与保持教师教育特色之间的矛盾,其师资队伍建设也受此矛盾制约。省属师范大学"外引内培"的师资队伍建设方针如能各有侧重,"外引"以综合化为主,"内培"以保持教师教育特色为主,有望化解此矛盾。从具体路径来说,"外引"应重视海外,不能忽视高校外;"内培"则应通过实施教师教学能力提升工程、加大出国留学培养力度、非骨干教师培训三个方面来实现。
The principal contradiction of provincial normal university transformation is the contradiction between integration and maintaining teacher education's characteristics.This contradiction is also restricted to the faculty building.' External introduction and internal training ' is the policy of provincial normal university faculty building.If ' external introduction ' focuses on integration,and ' internal training ' focuses on teacher education's characteristics,the contradiction is expected to be solved.As for the specific path,' external introduction ' should stress overseas without ignoring the university outside,while ' internal training ' should be achieved through enhancing the teaching ability of teachers,encouraging them to study abroad,and stressing the training of non-backbone teachers.
