摘要
本文从探讨高师院校转型的内涵出发,论述了高师院校学科体系转型的必要性和紧迫性。同时,从高师院校学科建设的实际出发,提出了高师院校进行学科体系转型时,在特色与综合化、单纯扩容与资源重组之间进行抉择的策略建议。
The article explores the nature, necessity and urgency of transition of teacher-training universities and colleges in China. In regard to disciplinary structure in transition, the article gives recommendations for taking strategic choices between specialised and comprehensive orientations and be tween quantity based growth and resource restructuring.
