钒对3Cr2MnMo钢硬度及组织的影响 被引量:2

Influences of Vanadium on Hardness and Microstrcture of Steel 3Cr2MnMo

摘要 通过在3Cr2MnMo钢冶炼中加入一定量钒,对比了加入钒与未加入钒3Cr2MnMo钢在相同调质工艺下的硬度及组织,并分析了钒对钢的硬度及组织的影响。结果表明,含钒钢比不含钒钢的淬火硬度和回火硬度都有明显提高,且含钒钢回火硬度随回火温度变化趋缓;钒对3Cr2MnMo钢的组织有明显细化效果。 Adding a certain amount of vanadium in the smelting of steel 3Cr2MnMo, the hardness and microstrcture of the steel 3Cr2MnMo with vanadium and without vanadium were compared under the same quenching and tempering process, and the influences of vanadium on the hardness and microstrcture of the steel were analyzed. The results show that, compared with non-vanadium steel, the quenching hardness and tempering hardness of the containing vanadium steel is improved significantly, and the change of tempering hardness of the containing vanadium steel with tempering temperature is slow; vanadium has a significant refining effect on the microstrcture of 3Cr2MnMo steel.
