摘要
镜面塑料模具钢(PMS),是一种析出硬化型时效钢,在热处理后基体为贝氏体和马氏体的双相混合组织,具有良好冷热加工性能,综合机械性能和镜面性能,适用于制造使用温度在300℃左右,硬度为30—45HRC,要求有高镜面、高精度,图案蚀刻性能好的各种热塑性制品的成形模具及部分增强工程塑料制品成形模具。
The mirror surface die steel for plastic moulding is a novel age-hardened steel. Under heat treated condition, it contains mixed structure of martensite and bainite. The PMS steel has good machinability, forgeability, good comprehenesive mechanical properties and mirror polishing property. It is suitable for manufacturing various thermoplastic moulding dies requiring hardness 30—45HRC, good mirror surface, high precision, good pattern etching properties, and can applied for temperature up to about 300℃. It can also be used as a kind of dies for moulding reinforced engineering plastics.
