摘要
研究了正火和回火处理对P80沉淀硬化型塑料模具钢的组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,经850℃正火和500℃回火后,P80钢的组织为回火板条马氏体与贝氏体的混合组织,板条内析出了大量第二相粒子,从而产生沉淀硬化。经上述工艺处理后,80 mm厚试样的截面硬度达39~43 HRC,符合沉淀硬化型模具钢的硬度及其均匀性要求。
P80 steel is a precipitation-hardening die steel for plastics. Effect of normalizing and tempering on microstrueture and hardness of P80 steel was investigated. The results show that microstrueture of PS0 steel normalized at 850 ~C and tempered at 500℃ is composed of tempered lath martensite and bainite, with a lot of granular second phases precipitated in the lath martensite, producing precipitation hardening. After being heat treated by above mentioned procedure, the section hardness of the 80 mm-thick specimen is as high as 39 to 43 HRC, conforming with the specification requirements.
