摘要
大规格角钢主要用于铁塔和建筑结构中。唐钢过去用 16Mn钢生产Q345级别角钢 ,因供轧制用钢的内控标准化学成分窄 (T16Mn钢 % :0 18~ 0 2 0C ,1 35~ 1 5 5Mn ,Ceq≥ 0 4 1) ,致使供轧率仅为 30 %。通过V N微合金化 ,开发了T16MnV(N)钢 (% :0 14~ 0 2 0C ,1 30~ 1 6 0Mn ,0 0 5~ 0 0 9V ,0 0 0 9~ 0 0 18N) ,V(N)微合金化显著提高了该钢的力学性能 :σb5 2 0~ 6 2 5MPa ,σs395~ 4 6 5MPa ,δ52 4 %~ 2 8% ,冲击功 4 3~ 96J。
The heavy section angle steels are used mainly for fabrication of transmission tower and architectural structure. The Q345 grade angle steels were produced by steel 16Mn at Tangshan Iron and Steel. Due to narrow composition range in inner control criteria such as steel T16Mn - 0.18~0.20C, 1.35~1.55Mn, Ceq≥0.41, the supply rate of steel for rolling to fit to produce Q345 grade angle steel was only 30%. The T16MnV(N) steel - 0.14~0.20C, 1.30~1.60Mn, 0.05~0.09V and 0.009~0.018N has been developed by V-N microalloying. The V-N microalloying obviously increased mechanical properties of steel T16MnV(N) - σ b 520~625 MPa, σ s 395~465MPa, δ 5 24%~28% and impact energy 43~96 J, and obtained higher economic benefit.
